Accessibility: The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by one flight of stairs. Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in anytime after 5:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in (3:00 PM) or late check-out (12:00 PM) may be available for a $35 fee — just request at least 24 hours in advance. Booking Requirements: A background check, government-issued photo ID, and signed rental agreement are required to finalize your reservation. Must be 21 or older Security Deposit: $250 for stays under 28 nights; $300 for stays of 28 nights or longer. Extended Stays (28+ nights): A mandatory monthly cleaning is required at a $100 fee. Florida Living: We maintain regular professional pest treatments. That said, Florida's tropical climate means the occasional tiny visitor may wander in through an open door. If anything comes up, message us and we'll handle it right away. Community Maintenance: The apartment complex may occasionally service shared amenities like the pool or gym, which is outside our control. Guest access You'll have private, exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the outdoor patio with lake views and a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area — perfect for evening cookouts.
