While we take great care to ensure a pest-free environment through regular inspections, the occasional friendly bug or ant may venture in if a window or door is left ajar. Rest assured, your comfort is our priority. If you happen to encounter any unexpected guests, please don't hesitate to let us know immediately, and we'll promptly address it. House Rules:
1. NO smoking (vaping, E-Cigarette, Hookah) in the home, violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the home.
2. Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 5 pm, and check-out is 10 am. If you'd like an early check-in at 3:00 pm and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24hrs in advance and send us $35 via the platform so that we can authorize this for you.
3. Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost through the portal as part of our process.
4. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.
5. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay
6. Please observe and respect the Quiet Hours: 10PM - 8AM
7. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night
8. The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it!
9. We require a $250 security deposit for stays less than 28 nights
10. We require a $300 security deposit for stays 28 nights or longer and once a month cleaning of $100 extra fee.
11. We advise against shipments and are not liable for any items shipped.
12. There is a $150 charge for losing key fob.
13. Prescreening background check and rental agreement required
14. Strictly NO PETS ALLOWED except for service animals
